Once your appointment has been booked, be sure to check your inbox or spam mail for a confirmation email.

Our meetings are conducted via Zoom. We will send you a meeting link prior to the appointment. You may need to download the Zoom program to your computer, phone, or tablet.

If you are late for an appointment, the appointment will complete at the scheduled time.

Cancellation Policy. Please note our 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. If you must cancel your appointment, please email info@tanieshaburke.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time to avoid a $50 cancellation fee. All appointments unfulfilled without notice will incur a charge for the full session fee. The appointments will also be marked as missed. You may also start a Live Chat from our website for customer service to cancel an appointment.

Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our wait list miss the opportunity to receive services. Not receiving an electronic notification of your appointments from us the day before is not sufficient reason to miss an appointment if the original confirmation notification was received timely.

Emergency absences will be considered on an individual basis by Dr. T. You may request not to be charged for the late cancelled session in writing to us at info@tanieshaburke.com. Dr. T will make the decision to honor your request on a case-by-case basis.

It is mutually understood that if a cancellation is due to circumstances beyond any of our control, such as power outage, unfortunate incidence, or weather that requires you or us to have to cancel or be closed during regular business hours, we will reschedule your existing appointment and no discount or charges will apply.
