SALES AND REFUND POLICY
Tanieshaburke.com accepts all major credit cards and Paypal payments. In the event your credit card is declined, we will inform you via email and ask that you place your order again with a new card. Your credit card will be charged on the day you place your order for goods or services. The charge will appear on your credit card or Paypal statement as Dr. Taniesha Burke.
Many of our products and programs offer a convenient payment plan option where your investment can be split into multiple payments. After the initial payment, subsequent payments are automatically debited from your account every 30 days until the balance has been paid. For example, if you make a purchase and choose the payment plan on March 1, your credit card will be charged for the next payment on March 31 and so on.
REFUND POLICY FOR IN PERSON CLASSES AND WORKSHOPS
For enrollment in any of the in-person classes and workshop a full refund (minus a €35 processing fee) will be given when the request is made up to seven (7) days prior to the first class. Refunds are not available for cancellations less than seven (7) days before the start of the workshop or if you register but do not attend.
REFUND POLICY FOR ONLINE COURSES, INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP COACHING, AND MENTORING PROGRAMS
Enrollment in any of the online courses, coaching and mentoring programs on Tanieshaburke.com constitutes a non-cancellable agreement. There are absolutely no refunds or cancellations and you are legally and financially responsible for the full tuition of the program in which you are enrolled, regardless of whether you actually participate or show up for your classes, coaching and mentoring sessions.
REFUND POLICY FOR DR. TANIESHA BURKE MEMBERSHIP
Monthly memberships are NON-REFUNDABLE and are billed to your credit card on file every 30 days. You can cancel your membership at any time, simply by emailing our support team at email@example.com. If you choose to cancel your membership, you will lose access to the program materials, Facebook group, bonuses, and your current member rate. There are NO REFUNDS or pro-rated memberships whatsoever.

TROUBLESHOOTING DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
If you do not receive the downloads following your purchase of a digital ebook, course, product or program, it is likely due to one of the following reasons: 1) You entered your email address incorrectly on the online order form or 2) Your confirmation email was sent to your spam folder. In the event that you cannot download a digital product that you have received, it is probably because you do not have Adobe Reader (free PDF reader viewer) installed on your computer. You can download Adobe Reader for free here: http://get2.adobe.com/reader/. For assistance with all other digital download issues, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT SECURITY
When you provide Tanieshaburke.com with your credit card information for payment on your account, Tanieshaburke.com shall be authorized to charge your credit card for any outstanding fees. If you sign up for a payment plan to make monthly payments on any product, program or service, Tanieshaburke.com shall be authorized to run all charges on or around the time they are due and not require separate authorization in order to do so. You are fully responsible for any fees associated with recouping payment on chargebacks and any fees associated with the payment collection process. Further, you may not change any of the credit card information provided to Tanieshaburke.com without notifying us in advance. Chargebacks are in violation of your sales agreement and are out of integrity with our values here are Tanieshaburke.com. Requesting a chargeback will result in your being removed from the Dr. Taniesha Burke Consulting Services email list, Facebook groups, and program membership lists.
